How we chat really matters! I hear all the time that folks here want leaders to find fresh ways to truly talk with our community.

This get-together was our first step to figuring out how to bridge that gap. We used this time to have a real, open, and relaxed conversation about what's going on in our lives as members of Northampton. Together, we dove into any thoughts, feelings, and ideas members of the community had on making our city better.
